What They’ll Learn
Teens learn how to squat, hinge, push and pull with correct technique, plus how to sprint, jump and land safely. These are the patterns that underpin every sport and protect against injury.
Movement Foundations
Once movement is sound, load is added. Teens build real strength through progressive, age-appropriate programming, developing the force and speed that translate directly to performance on the field, court or track.
Strength & Power
Beyond the physical, teens learn how to warm up properly, train with intent, and track their own progress. They leave knowing how to look after their body and carrying the confidence that comes from getting measurably stronger.
